Everything at a glance

Thanks to our interface to UKG, your employees' master data is available to you at all times for creating certificates:

Name, date of birth, job title, date of joining and leaving the company, personnel number, department, place of employment, e-mail address, supervisor's e-mail address and address..

All fields are optional, so you only have to enable the fields you need.

Employee overview

Create new references directly from the employee overview or get a quick overview of all references already created for one of your employees.

Synchronization and thus management of your employees' data in the certificate generator is optional.

Direct use of master data

If you would like to create a new certificate without using the employee overview, you can simply enter the employee's name or personnel number. You will immediately receive suitable suggestions.

Employee master data is automatically and seamlessly integrated into the process so that you do not have to deal with issues such as personnel files or master data import.
