Thanks to our interface to Personio, your employees' master data is available to you at all times for creating references:

Direct use of master data

If you want to create a new certificate and don't want to go through the employee overview, you can simply enter the employee's name or personnel number and immediately receive suitable suggestions.

  1. Create API access in Personio

    Generate read-only credentials (client ID and API secret) in Personio.

  2. Add it to the certificate generator

    Enter the credentials under Settings › Integrations and map the fields – self-service, no support needed.

  3. Get started

    Master data is synced twice a day. HR finds every employee by name or personnel number.

Setting up Personio in our certificate generator is child's play!

To do this, you can simply enter your client ID and the API key that you created in Personio.

Your employees willSynchronized twice a day, can also be synchronized manually at any time.

If you need help with the set-up, we will be happy to assist you at any time.
