Direct use of master data

If you would like to create a new certificate, you can simply enter the employee's name or personnel number in the employee overview to receive suitable suggestions directly.

Employee master data flows directly and easily into the process, so that no additional effort is required for personnel files or master data imports.

  1. Create a service user in HiBob

    Create a service user with a suitable permission group and note the client ID and API token.

  2. Add it to the certificate generator

    Enter the credentials under Settings › Integrations and map the fields – self-service, no support needed.

  3. Get started

    Master data is synced twice a day. HR finds every employee by name or personnel number.

Setting up HiBob in our certificate generator is child's play!

To do this, you can simply enter your client ID and the API key that you created in HiBob.

Your employees' data isSynchronized twice a day, can also be synchronized manually at any time.

If you need help with the set-up, we will be happy to assist you at any time.
